Postage
We post Australia wide using Australia Post. We offer a flat rate for regular, registered and express postage on all our items.

Regular post - FREE!
While regular post the cheapest option Australia Post can not confirm delivery or non-delivery for orders posted via this regular post. Regular post is a very reliable method and 99% of the time order posted via regular post are delivered without any hiccups BUT Nintendoparts.com.au takes no responsibility and offers no refunds for orders claimed to be not delivered via regular post. Regular post usually takes between 1-5 business days to arrive.

Registered Post - $2.95 flat rate per order
Registered post requires a signature and delivery can be confirmed. To avoid having to go to the post office to pick up your order please specify an address which will be occupied during office hours. Registered post usually takes between 1-5 business days to arrive.

Express post- $7.95 flat rate per order
Express orders are usually delivered overnight if you are in Melbourne's express post network. That means if it is sent on Monday you will get it on Tuesday. If it is sent on Friday you will receive it on the Monday. If you are not in the network, it is usually takes1 business day extra to be delivered. While Australia Post can confirm delivery of Express Post parcels they do not require a signature and they will be left on your doorstep if you are not home. So whilst Express Post is faster than regular or registered post, registered post is safer.

Which postage option should I use?
In our experience Australia Post is very reliable, express and even regular postage will be delivered reliably 99% of the time. Despite this we prefer customers to use registered post for all orders as it is the only method which delivery (or non-delivery) can be 100% confirmed by Australia Post. Thus if any disputes regarding delivery were to arise they can be settled quickly & easily.

Can I track this online?
You cannot track express post or registered post online, you can ring Australia post to check where your item is when it has arrived in your state. There is NO origin scan.


Returns
We have a 14 day return policy on all items

We try to stock only the highest quality parts and aim to provide a premium service, but every now and then an item may be defective in some way.

If you believe the item you received is faulty or defective you can return it to us for exchange within 14 days from the day you ordered it. The item must be returned in the exact state that you received it in. If you damage a part whilst trying to install it and try to return it to us we can tell.  If there is any sign of wear or damage to in item due to an installation attempt the item will be posted back to the customer at the customers expense.

Please choose your purchases carefully, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or a change of mind.
